About these terms

These terms apply to ledgerr.com and app.ledgerr.com, operated by Ledgerr Pty Ltd (ACN 702 201 830) (“Ledgerr”, “we”, “us”). By using either site, or creating an account, you agree to them.

A pre-launch service

Ledgerr is in private pre-launch. Access to the app is by invitation. Features may change, be unavailable for periods, or be withdrawn while we build and test the service.

General information only

Ledgerr provides general information and tools. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not personal financial advice. Ledgerr Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian financial services licence.

Figures in the app, such as yearly costs and estimated savings, are estimates based on the information available to us. Check the details with the provider before acting on them. For personal advice, speak with a licensed financial adviser.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details and devices secure, and tell us at security@ledgerr.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ledgerr unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, try to access another person’s information, or copy or scrape the service.

Intellectual property

Ledgerr and its content belong to Ledgerr Pty Ltd or its licensors. Information you give us remains yours; you allow us to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Ledgerr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish changes on this page and update the date at the top; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
